This isn’t enough data to declare Microsoft’s much derided Live Cashback search product a winner, but the first full month after it launched (June) shows a 15% gain in search volume v. the previous month, according to Comscore. Long term you need to do just two things (neither of which are particularly simple) in terms of link building. Continuously add link worthy content to your site, ensure the linkerati are aware of it (whether via social media or good old fashioned email.)
